It has nothing to do with privacy, but I wanted to let my readers know about a fundraising event from an organization I work with. If you are in NYC on Wednesday May 21, 2008 why not pay us a visit. Tickets available online.

Inaugural Benefit for the Sunflower Children of Latin America Fund (May 21, 2008 NYC) In Partnership with JPMorgan and the Maybach Family Foundation.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS ( www.SunflowerChildren.org & www.Maybach.org )

Sunflower Children Funds, JPMorgan and the Maybach Family Foundation host an evening of fashion, fun and philanthropy for JPMorgan Investment Banking, Private Banking employees and Sunflower-Maybach key supporters amongst the NY philanthropic and fashion communities.

Proceeds will primarily benefit Casita de Belen, a Sunflower-sponsored home for street children in Colombia, as well as Sunflower Children projects in Brazil, Cuba, Nicaragua & Peru.

EVENT KEYSTONES

  • Announcement of the Sunflower Children-Maybach collaboration to promote mentoring;
  • Inauguration of the Sunflower Children of Latin America Fund, the first launch of a My.Sunflower Fund, a transformative strategy for philanthropic management;
  • Introduction of the new Sunflower Children logo designed to promote My.Sunflower;
  • Introduction of the “Sunflower Children of Latin America Mix” CD, a compilation of Latin-flavored sounds donated by artists wishing to promote awareness for the children of Latin America;
  • Introduction of “Sunflower”, a “premium lifestyle” magazine featuring the faces of the Sunflower Children beneficiaries of the Inaugural Benefit amongst pages of recognition of Team IB Sponsors, Benefit Partners, Virtual Volunteers, Donors, Models and other Sunflower Supporters;
  • Sunflower Magazine & CD Mix are included in VIP Tickets and will available to other donors.
