The StealthSurfer II ID Protect, an upgrade of a previous product, combines several programs to let users navigate the Web anonymously and create e-mail that cannot be read by others. The programs come loaded on a flash drive, available from the company's Web site (www.stealthsurfer.com) in capacities from 256 megabytes ($99) to 2 gigabytes ($279).
